About Commonweal Development Corporation

Commonweal Development Corporation was established in 1981 by Daniel Clumpner to offer comprehensive commercial real estate services throughout western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Commonweal's services relate to the development, leasing, management and brokerage of commercial real estate. We strive to distinguish our organization from others by being highly proficient and reliable and by always placing the needs and interest of our clients above our own.

Real Estate Brokers, Development and Management
Our company has been integrally involved in the development of the 880 acre Oakwood Hills project in Eau Claire, WI. While Commonweal has become much more than Oakwood Hills, those roots are still evident in every aspect of our business; real estate development, marketing and property management. We consider our business a professional service. Many of our clients are individuals who have chosen commercial real estate investments as an important part of their financial portfolio and have selected us to protect their interests.

Highly Qualified Staff
To serve those clients, we have assembled a staff of very skilled individuals. Our principals have technical educations and broad experience in commercial real estate development. Our property manager holds the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Principals Dan Clumpner and Stuart Schaefer of Commonweal Development Corporation were the recipients of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce 2003 Small Business Persons of the Year award.
